Customer service for a place dealing in high end vehicles was non existent. I called to check in on the status of my car 5 times with answers and no call backs. The final time I was told to call back later for an update. The fact that it took 3 weeks to make a repair isn't the issue, it's the fact that I had no idea why until the last few days. The work fine on the car seems fine so far.
