I went in for a oil change, tire rotation and balance. 2 1/2 hours later they had only done oil change and come out with a bill of 2300 dollars trying to get me to buy new tires and replace front brakes. After inspecting tires and brakes they still have at least 25000 miles of life on them.

I took my truck for a routine maintenance, my truck was working perfectly fine . Dealer performed a fluid flush of transfer gear and deferential flush. After I picked up my truck on my way home the truck started smelling like it was burning, I got off and checked, it was leaking oil like crazy. Two days later started making a rough noise, I took it back to the dealer and I was told that my deferential was out!

I'll give it two stars due to them actually performing the recall service that I scheduled but NOT the oil change that was also supposed to be done. I called the service department to speak with someone in regards to this and I have yet to receive a callback (this was over a week ago). Only reason why I was using service department is because it's nearby. I will not be using it anymore since customers are not a priority.

Friendly first salesman but the car was dirty when I arrived. Then they brought a 2nd salesman which handed me off to a 3rd salesman who destroyed the deal we had in place. They also tried to add on fees saying they added the factory tint, a security system which wasn't there and special ding resistant paint. Totally lied. I think ended up going somewhere else.

I bought a vehicle from them one year ago. They told me I had to buy a warranty insurance I didn't want. It was for the paint and the fabric and every year I could bring my car in and get it touched up if something was wrong with it. Also when I bought the car I don't live around the block I live more than 5 hours away. I called them within two or three weeks after I bought the vehicle told them what's wrong with the vehicle they told me when you bring it in next time we will fix it on the house. I said well I don't live nearby they said that's fine. Just whenever you come next time. I told them it might be my anniversary of the year they said that's fine. So one year later I took it down and that was just a couple days ago. You know I guess it probably wouldn't be such a bad deal if I went down there and then they just told me in person we can't do this but I drove at midnight to avoid LA traffic so I got down there around 5:30 a.m. waited until the door's opened at 7:30 a.m. talk to an agent they said the detailer won't be in until 8:00 a.m. well then it was 9:30 the next thing I knew and they said oh I guess he won't be in until 12:00. So I said well I need to go do something then I'll be back. I got back at 11:30. The next thing I know it's 1:30 p.m. they still haven't done it on the next thing I'm talking to the owner of the car dealership. She said no one in this whole business building has been working here for over 6 months. So they're all new people. And that's my fault I guess? But they wasted my time the whole day my whole drive. Come to find out there's no warranty. It's a big scam to get you for money. She could have on the house gave me a free detail to try to keep my business for the future. But I can tell you this I will never go there again. Now I wish I never spent my $25,000 cash there. And since they're talking about workers there I wonder why people don't like to work there because it sucks.
