This business was sold since my last oil change. I provide my own oil so all they literally need to do is drive the vehicle over the oil change bay, drain then put fresh oil in. I was charged 50% more and they didn't even change the oil filter.
I won't be using them again.

Had synthetic oil change and filter plus emissions inspection. Car ready when they said it would be. Mechanic recommended radiator flush which I thought was sensible in spite of the very low mileage since I have had the car for 15 years without a flush. I plan to go ahead with his recommendation and have them perform the flush next week.

Had replaced both rear wheel brakes: pad, rotor, caliper. Didn't perform road test. I didn't realize the left rear caliper was locked. I would get rubber burning smell, so took the car back to check. After checking he said: drive more, it will smooth out. Took to another mechanic, found the caliper was locked.

Had inspection and oil change services done. While working on my car the technician called me and said that the valve of my tire came off and the tire was loosing air. Had to install the spare and took it to tire place. So in the tire place was told that someone broke the sensor in my tire due to improperly handled the valve and had to buy a new one just be aware
