Service is always A++ but details matter. I stopped for an oil change before heading out of town for the holidays. After about 45 minutes, I would hear a noise from under the car which is when I learned the oil cover was not bolted back on. I had to return to the Kwik Kar in Richardson. The gentleman instantly knew what I came back for. Service was great but INCREDIBLY inconvenient.

Toyota services are excellent
But be aware that CarFax greatly overestimate your mileage and down plays your auto value as a result.

My experience with Kwik Kar Lube is great. I take my car in early on Saturday and the guys get right on it. They checked all my fluids and filters. I needed a new air filter, had my oil changed and my anti freeze fluid changed. The fluid was a little to dark. Less than an hour I am on my way and happy with their work.

I took my truck first thing in the morning. I spoke to Sagar he was very courteous and listened to what my issues was. He fixed my brakes and explained the problem throughly. Glad to say I got my truck back that same day. I will definitely be coming back to Kwik Kar :)

Arrived early Saturday morning to have the brake fluid flush done. It was fascinating to watch how the oil was transferred and flushed which I got to watch through the window. I was very happy knowing it was done right and with care. I do not often get to see my vehicle worked on so I have to assume it was done right when I leave. I am happy with the management, the time it took and the price charged. Thank you.

Find a trustworthy place for maintenance and repair and stick with it - specially when you know the owner is always there to work on the vehicles or overseeing the work being performed. Better than going to places where the workers are just there to punch the clock and make the day end as soon as possible.

Mercedes doesn't make it easy to have the windshield wipers changed for a reasonable price (no surprise). Dave at Kwik Kar was able to reverse engineer the wiper and make rain x wipers fit! They work beautifully! He was the last person at the shop to try to make it work and I'm so glad he got it!!! Otherwise, I would have had to make a trip to Plano. Go Dave!!
