The Service Dept at Kunes Hyundai worked to schedule service on our 22 Santa Fe in a quick and timely manner. I was able to get on the schedule within two days of calling for an appointment. Updates on the infotainment center was provided with the service scheduled. Shop is excellent to work with.

Kunes Country Hyundai was happy to work me into their service schedule. I had tried the dealership where I purchased my Santa Fe and they never returned my phone call. I tried another dealership only to have the same issue. The Service Department at Kunes had no problem scheduling and then performing service on my vehicle. Good PR on their part, especially when it comes time to look for a new vehicle.

They do not know what they are doing there. They are not up to date on the newer vehicles. Went in to get a recalibrated windshield and was told the vehicle did not have to be, we in turn told them on the site for these vehicles that it needed to be done. So in turned they went and read that too. Then they did not even have the tool to that. Has to be ordered and on back order.. Not good customer service..

I do not believe that these people know everything that they need to know. We have had to correct them on several things. They did not check to make sure the right amount of air was put in the tires.
