Horrible assessment of what was needed to get done for my car. Railed for a $200 inspection practically and got quoted $3,500 in repairs called 3 different shops and they all said this place was insane. Took it to one of those shops and paid a fraction of the price to fix the car. Do not recommend this place whatsoever.

Decent customer service. Only complaint i made an appointment and so did 3 other people for the same time. Waited over an hour for my oil change to be done, which was not told to me until I asked 20 minutes in. When places like oil changers are around, no appointment needed, cheaper and your through a lot faster I think i will stick with them.

They did a great job on cleaning my engine and changing the filter . But when I got home and started to back up my driveway , my garage looked like a dog house . I took it back and told them it was a big problem ,and they brushed me off and said it was ok . I am not happy with that at all .

Have concerns that my tires were not rotated. I questioned them that when I returned home that I saw no sings of them touching my tires, the road dust and dirt was not touched and that the tire pressure was the same as it was when I dropped off the truck, 60 in the front and 70 in the back.

Nina was very patient and understanding getting me connected with Isiah who was the perfect person to help me. He explained everything in detail thoroughly, and when I picked up my baby she was back in perfect condition I highly recommend!!

They did an excellent job on this vehicle. It however was a flood vehicle which I wasn't aware of and it had to be taken apart in places to power wash the inches of hardened mud under it. There parts that needed to be replaced and they also did a great job fixing that too.

I only had my car for 5 months and I've taken it back to carmax to get fixed more times than I've actually had posseion of the vehicle. They said that the is fixed, but it never is! The only thing I can appreciate are the loaner cars due to insurance but I would like to actually drive the car I purchased without it having any issues. This is ridiculous and unprofessional I definitely would not recommend.

Much different then my last visit. Reluctantly returned to what was Griffin Chevrolet because of the poor service there. Surprised to see quick lube not available. I was in a pinch to get an oil change between travels. I was greeted much nicer and serviced in a timely manner.
