I did a DIY project on my truck and after I finished, I questioned whether I did the project right or not. So I took it to kunes service bay to double Check my work. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Service tech told me I did a good job. I think next time I'll just take it into their service Bay. Replacing fuel filters on a diesel engine is not something I want to do again. Friendly people that work in the service bay at Kunes.

My Cadillac was supposed to be detailed after purchase. After pointing out concerns about the details I wanted to be addressed they did not even address either of the concerns. And now not even a full 20 days later I have oil spots on my brand new driveway (installed fall of 2025). Was thinking this dealership had there stuff together. Now I have to purchase an additional service plan.. so a thumbs down from me.

The problem with the car was NOT fixed. I don't know what mechanic can say that a car is good to drive when the engine is running at 4000-5000 rpms the entire time it is driven. Also doesn't shift correctly. Also I checked the oil and it was a quart down and black. That tells me the dealer just wanted this car of the lot. The mechanic is not a good mechanic.

I currently have this vehicle, was definitely not serviced on the 24th of October, and even regarding the Carfax before I purchased the vehicle where it said it was cleaned and detailed lol!!! I looked between the seats absolutely disgusting. Crumbs and coins, I was very disappointed even after the salesman said they cleaned it.

It was all okay. A little bit longer then expected. Went for a oil change and told me 2-3 hours at my appointment. They did extra service stuff previously not done before purchase. Which is great just wasn't told until I arrived. But the woman in service was great and helpful
