Even though I was told service had been done. I can't say that any service was done. Oil life gauge was reading around 50% life left. And as far as cleaning & detailing, that definitely wasn't done, as there was remnants from previous owner still in vehicle and definitely no sign of anything being cleaned. It was almost as if I bought from a private owner & not a dealership.

Service went well, however it was after service done that I noticed some things that should have been done. 1. Charge on the bill for rotating times, $22.00. Should have been free since I bought the tires from Kunes. 2. Next change oil sticker placed in the windshield was off by 77,000 miles. 3. Forgot to reattach antennae after car was washed. I was given a free oil change due to the above.

I went in for an oil change and found out there was more wrong with my jeep. They told me what was wrong was under warranty and they had to order the parts but they could get it done for me. It took longer than expected. They gave me a loaner car until my vehicle was ready. Everyone was great and helped me.

This is the second time we have come in with our new Pacifica for oil change. Each time, after your initial diagnostic, you say our back end is not aligned. Hence, long story short, you still have our old van as the primary vehicle. We no longer have our silver grand caravan. Please fix this in your system.

I have been to several dealers and shops and wholeheartedly give a five star recommendation as Kunes of Belvedere was the only shop who was able to figure out my issue was related to a coil since the other dealers in the area just solely off of codes given. I wasted almost 2 grand at another dealer in Beloit, but kunes has mechanics that are well trained and found the issue right away.

Made a 730 am service appointment to fix a seat control module. They didn't begin working on it until mid afternoon and discovered that the new part was damaged. They got a new one in right away to put in the next morning, which would get them two stars except once they installed it and said it was ready it still didn't work.

Car shakes violently at 70mph, so we brought it back and they replaced 2 tires on the SAME side for some reason and it still didn't resolve the issue. Now we have called to schedule service 4 different times and haven't received a call back once! They are supposedly working on getting service set up at a Mitsubishi dealership to resolve the issue, but the lack of customer service is very frustrating!
