I brought my car in for the second time after being told my car wasn't broke the first time. The 2nd appointment had the same result as the first appointment with no timeline and my car not fixed. I am going on well over a month with no GPS or map on an electric car that depends on range accuracy through GPS to properly plan trips and charging needs!

The mechanics are great, don't get me wrong, but for the parts I needed, that came to less than $200 for both parts... It's the labor that that killed me... It was over $990 for labor alone! I understand that there are places that can be tricky to get to, but come on...
