I sat there for an hour and a half for an oil change while I was there I asked if I could have new windshield wiper blades I had a 20% discount coupon so the girl whose name is Sam said sure so they put them on but Sam forgot to apply the 20% discount she said don't worry about it we'll take care of it another time so that didn't make me happy.

Getting out of car...very icy. I literally held on to my car and inched my way toward the door where service guy was waiting for me. Went to his office, he got the paperwork etc..I went to waiting area after another customer showed me which door wasnt locked so I could get in. Car got done, here are your keys...again I inched my way out. Not a very good "first experience " with your service dept.

Pulling into the overcrowded parking lot is where it begins. Then go into the service department only to be walked past numerous people that work there no one asks if you need help or anything like that. They also lie and say to reset a brake wear sensor is a 2 hour job. I took the vehicle somewhere else to reset it and took them less than five minutes. I just haven't had good service at this place at all.

Well I like the fact that they were respectable and was friendly and listen when I was talking and I like the way they took care of my car and what I didn't like was when they told me I had a free oil change and I had to pay, but I guess keep up the good work and they got me in and out did not have to wait too long. It was just the all-around friendly experience nice and some very decent people.

I took my car in for a diagnostic to find all potential issues. The diagnostic was costly, took an entire weekend, and I was not provided a full diagnostic report. I was told I would need to pay for individual diagnostics for each individual component. The initial diagnostic was focused only on one component and was a very vague, incomplete report.

The service advisor told my wife we were due for a transmission fluid flush. We just had it done at this dealership 7k miles ago and it's an every 45k service. They also told her the coolant needed to be changed. That's a 150k service and we only have 55k on the vehicle. He was trying to take advantage of her.
