Love Mr. Bunn, Solomon. Always keeps me informed and tries to get things right. This time ended up buying new tires. Alls good but the tires looked really roughed up, no shine to them. You'd think for $1,000 they would look clean and spiffed up to some degree.

Our sales person was great but I had no idea that Kunes was a Trump loving and religious dealership. I would have never of bought our car there. I don't care what beliefs you have but not when it's right there in your facelike front and center and we didn't see it until we went to actually buy the car. I had anything and everything taken off that said Kunes on the car. Guess I need to do a better job in vetting the places I shop at.

Mr. Bunn, my service advisor, has been advising our family for decades. Today when it looked like my car would need more time for repair, he arranged for the courtesy car driver to take me home and later to bring me back. Meanwhile, the technicians found and repaired the problem that caused the "Service engine soon" light to appear. When I picked up the car, Mr. Bunn explained the repairs in terms I could understand.

I liked the fact that my service consultant (Solomon Bunn) got me right in without an appointment. It was my first service since purchasing the truck. I also liked the video follow up showing the inspection of the engine compartment and the undercarriage. The only thing I didn't like, the greasy fingerprints on the hood, fenders and drivers door I didn't notice until I returned home. I'm very pleased with the service.

telling them since I bought the vehicle, had a problem with the shimmy and breaking from the beginning,After two wheel alignments/tires balances 3 times, new tires in the last five months, after owning the vehicle for six months.they tell me it's my rotors we put new rotors. Hopefully this will and the problem, but expensive for rotors and brakes
