Long story short, poor communication, appointment mess up, waited additional days for service, was told "service" was completed but they only trouble shooted and didn't do any repairs/replacments, trick back for a few days and had to be towed AGAIN for the same issue, no appointment available for 3/4 days. I liked everything! This was my first visit to Kuhio Nissan. The atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. My consultant (Michelle?) was extremely professional and helpful. Kuhio performed my regular maintenance, rotated my tires, checked all my fluids, and corrected one of my two open recalls. They also ordered parts for my other open recall. Overall, a great experience!

I do like seeing the quote online but they are a little confusing when looking at them and be told only parts of payments on the call. Thinking its only a cheap fix but turns out to be more. Service was great and everyone was nice.

I had an open recall that they said would take several hours to fix, but it only took 1.5 hours. Michelle at the Service Desk was terrific. I also met with Tony - a Sales Executive - who was very informative and helpful. Kuhio Nissan is fantastic!

Fast but never fix my concern. Since I had a service on the the ford auto group I noticed it's the start of my coolant getting emptied so fast. I keep filling up until empty for a week only. So I don't know what ford auto group did with my car..that's why never go back there for service.

It takes a while to get parts out to Kauai, so you have to be patient, but the wonderful staff at Kuhio kept me informed all along the way and went out of their way to complete my repair quickly as soon as everything arrived. They even washed my truck!

I have been to Nissan Dealer several times for the same problem. Convertible top takes from 2 pushes of the button to 7 pushes of the button to completely open top. It is an intermittent problem and everything the dealer recommends to replace I have agreed to, except for replacing the roof a second time. The windshield washer was fixed perfectly.

It was not up to standard. I had a coupon for an oil change, tire rotation and car wash. They did not do the tire rotation because the lug nuts were swollen. Instead of calling me to ask if I wanted the, replaced they just skipped it. And they didnt do the car wash. It probably would have been cheaper to pay for an oil change instead of the coupon since they did not provide all of the services.
