Kudick's Service Department is helpful when you have questions in addition to great service on my vehicle. When I asked about the condition of my brake pads, they showed me the data the technician found was better news then what my sensor was telling me. I appreciated the good news that I didn't need those pads replaced yet.

They are knowledgeable, fast, honest and reliable! We made the mistake of using another mechanic and were told my truck needed a $3000 repair. Took it to Kudick for a 2nd opinion and it simply needed an alignment. No one else will ever touch my vehicles again.

Liked service for oil change and the price. Hated the news that I need brakes way too expensive. Unbelievable. Also whoever moves the vehicle in the shop always moves the three mirrors, seat and the steering wheel! What a butt. Takes me five minutes to get everything back to normal

Would give zero stars if I could. Anything beyond an oil change at this shop has been an absolute nightmare. After 3 attempts to diagnose a sensor that should have been swapped with an engine replacement, I had to take my truck to another dealer who had the problem resolved in 24hrs. I wouldn't take my truck back to this dealer if they paid me to do so.

Brought vehicle into shop for repair of broken front and rear sway bar links. This repair was covered by a pre-purchased warranty. Picked up car after I was notified of completion. I noticed an under vehicle clunking noise the day after their repairs. A quick look under the vehicle shows both rear sway bar links were not replaced and are still broken.
