by 2023 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE SUMMIT 4XE Owner on 06/29/2026Verified Service
Chuck was an incredible service advisor. He worked to get all of the issues with my Jeep addressed, all recalls completed (even 1 I wasn't aware of) and found an additional issue with the hybrid heater that I wasn't aware of. Highly recommend and will be back again.
by 2010 CHRYSLER PT CRUISER Owner on 05/17/2026Verified Service
Krebs Auto Team has provided me excellent service for multiple vehicles for over 40 years. Most recently, my vehicle had a part of the underbody splash shield come unattached and was dragging on the road. Krebs had me come in without an appointment, repaired the problem and in addition did an oil change and lube.
by 2022 JEEP CHEROKEE TRAILHAWK Owner on 04/29/2026Verified Service
Krebs Jeep provided me with excellent services while waiting to get my jeep inspection done. They kept me informed of the work being done and its associated cost. They also provided TV, phone charger and free coffee in the waiting room. The price was reasonable and the work was excellent.

We deal with Chris Krebs himself along with Jake and Dave Vergarrio.Everyone is top notch. The service department is great. We have bought some dozen vehicles since 2004. Refuse to go anywhere else.Treated like family and consider them so John and Cindy Neil
by 2020 VOLVO XC40 T5 MOMENTUM Owner on 11/28/2025Verified Service
We actually had service done on our Jeep, drove our Volvo to pick it up, the battery died on the Volvo. Within 30 minutes, Krebs had the correct battery delivered and installed. Could not have worked out any better. Oh, and the Jeep service was perfect as well.
by 2022 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE OVERLAND Owner on 10/12/2026Verified Service

We have purchased maybe 8 cars from Krebs (and one elsewhere, which I deeply regret). That always take care of us. I LOVE my new (to me) Jeep Compass Latitude!!
by 2023 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LIMITED 4X Owner on 10/09/2026Verified Service
No communication at all. I had to drag the information out of any of the service team. It took more than 30 days to get a repair.
by 2015 JEEP WRANGLER SPORT Owner on 09/21/2026Verified Service
Exceptional Service Center in Gibsonia, PA. If you're in need of vehicle service and are in Wexford, West Deer, Butler, Allison Park or Pittsburgh. The service center at Krebs Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is worth the drive.

A true family owned and operated dealership. No high pressure sales plus they beat any deal to give you the best price and earn your business. The personalized treatment shows how customer focused Krebs CDJM truly values your time.
by 2015 JEEP PATRIOT LATITUDE Owner on 09/05/2026Verified Service
I didn't like that I had to return to the dealership to get the correct inspection and emission stickers on the car. Service technician had placed incorrect stickers on the car when it was inspected in June 2026.
by 2026 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE L LIMITED Owner on 08/21/2026Verified Service
The service at Krebs was fine. They performed the maintenance needed by the recall and the routine maintenance that was due. Work was performed well and timely as promised.
by 2025 JEEP WRANGLER RUBICON Owner on 08/14/2026Verified Service
As always, Krebs's service was prompt and courteous. They always offer a courtesy ride to work or home if a car owner doesn't want to wait in their customer lounge.
