It was not what I expected, after having spent about $600 for service, they drove my truck outside with new wipers laying on the hood. Also they didn't follow directions that I specified regarding the tires, and there were grease marks all over the hood. I was told they had a new employee working on my truck, I've spent close to 5k at KRAPOHL and probably won't go back

Love the Quick Lane service. Fast oil change and help with other issues without an appointment or charge for diagnostics. They also always show what the charges will be before proceeding. I also am grateful for an 'emergency look-see' regarding a warning message that the service area did for me on the spot. Over-all, the Kraphol staff couldn't be any nicer.

good service just took way longer than expected for oil change and change of wheels for winter wheels. also kept my wheel lock socket and i got a flat tire - couldn't get repair done on a holiday weekend while i was travelling. had to get towed and cost me $670 just for a tow.

I had an appointment at 8 am to have a thermostat replaced. This was verified by your technician on the day I had my oil changed. I guess that didn't count because I was told that it still had to be looked at all over and have a inspection performed again well I didn't get my truck back till 4:30. I called at 1 o clock to see the status and was told a technician wasn't assigned yet! Why not if my appointment was at 8:30?

Oil change and service was fine, but when they checked the air filter, they didn't re-connect some sensor, and caused the check engine light to come on. Had to return the next day, and upon inspection made the connection. Not thrilled to have to return to the dealership, but was fixed without charge.
