The best Ford dealership in the DMV area, with the sole issue being that parts are backordered by the supplier. That said, I consider it to be better than Apple Ford dealership. My recommendation comes from personal experience, and I suggest you ask for Billy, the top service advisor.

I have to keep calling about my car, to get an up date, finally got to talk to the guy after 4 days, jest to charge me whit the diagnostic, and to say we not sure, we have to do this but it could be this, but first we have to do the first thing. Kept me car for a whole we, thise people are garbage, they don't know what they are doing, but they know how to take your money.

The service was complete. I especially like the video they send showing what they have checked and what and why something needs taking care of. The staff was friendly and throughly explained what service I needed for my mileage and when I checked out, what was done was explained to me and I was asked if I had any questions. My car was waiting for me at the door so I did not have to look for it in the crowded parking lot.

Jeremy was great! He kept us informed on everything. He even helped get our other CX-5 in even though we hadn't made an appointment. We weren't happy about a large $$$ repair item. We chose to delay some other less important and costly repairs until next time because of this.

My time and $$$ wasted on Repairs/troubleshooting/parts ordering. I came in to get simple trailer brake controller replaced, had already informed them about need to replace it. But, had to pay for diagnkses and 3 times pricr for oem part and wait 2 weeks for it. Tech should have confirmed if part was available prior to intake. Lucklily I was working out of town during repairs.

I haven't been to the shop in a while but the service was poor compared to what I had become used to. There used to be a more attentive feel to my presence as a customer. I went in for a routine oil change at the 60K mile marker on my nearly 9 year old car and it took three hours. I'm not even convinced they performed all the work. I certainly walked out with a robust list of things they found to address, however.

Danny & Ed went above and beyond helping me. I am so going to miss Ed when he leaves. He has been my mechanic for over 20 years. Danny was awesome in helping my father as I could not bring my car d/t a surgical procedure I had. I hope Danny hangs around for a while, (tired of having to get a new advisor everytime i come in). Those gentlemen are a HUGE ASSET to your company. Treat them well!!!
