Lousy coordination between body shop and service. Poor quality control in resetting the computer with the nag message about more service. Hard to get service to agree to make an incredibly short reset of the message in an unnecessary extra trip to the dealer to get them to fix their negligence. Mistakes happen, but they can do a MUCH better job owning it and fixing.

Waiting area was very nice. Service I thought was good until I took vehicle back for a recall and they asked if I wanted to get my oil change complete while it was there. They apparently didn't update my records to indicate a oil change had been completed or they didn't check before asking me nor did they reset the oil % indicator because it was at 11% .

Obviously I can't tell how well the service was performance since I'm not a car expert and it was just routine service, but setting up the appointment was very easy and the pickup/dropoff service was super convenient. I never had to leave the house and the car was returned to me with in about 3 hours, which was impressive.
