Both the service consultant car technician were excellent. Rebecca carefully listened to me explain my issues with the fault indicator on my car, and she communicated clearly to the service technician my issues. She led me into the service bay where the service technician could demonstrate and explain to me my issues.

Went 3 times for same issue. Last visit was unable to duplicate the problem. Replacing part from previous visits issue continued. While working on truck first loaner had flat tire before I even left indicater on dash even. 2 and 3rd loaners very dirty. When i received my truck back noticed dent in bumper. Not sure if it happened there but they refused any responsibility before looking at video cameras in shop as requested by me.

Brakes and Calipers were checked and I was told it was just the brakes when I just had them replaced. The caliper was supposedly ok the tech said. Nope it was a Caliper issue. I don't believe they even looked at the caliper. Totally disappointed in Kool.

They scheduled my car to be dropped off on a Wednesday we dropped it the night before, on Friday we called to see how things were going. They said we were next in line, they hadn't even touched it. Meanwhile I'm without a car. They said they would have provided a ride for me if they knew. My question is why schedule an appointment if it's not going to get worked on. I have had mostly good experiences in the past

Quick service, friendly staff, and convenient. I came in as a walk-in appointment for an oil change and I was out of there in under an hour--when I had my Ford serviced, I was used to a 3-4 hour wait for the same service. Ask for Ben in service!
