The staff was very helpful and willing to assist in providing us with the right vehicle. Unfortunately the vehicles that I did come to look at were a little bit on the worn side and would have taken more resources to update them to bring them to where we would want them to be. Overall the experience was good. Perhaps another day we can work together on another vehicle

Felt like I wasn't listened too.... the say the issue isn't an issue but yet my car is still making a concerning noise. Trying to do preventative care and not sure if the mechanics are knowledgeable or see the diagnose being too much work or too much workload/short staff. I brought it to them twice regarding the same issue. A timing belt cannot casually be super loud squeaky sounding and just tell the customer to deal with it.
