The salesman Miguel was kind, patient and gave us the information we needed, however the finance manager was only kind until the initial greeting, after we refused to purchase extended warranties he automatically changed his attitude, he wanted us to leave so much that he forgot to make us sign more documents, his name is Alex Galo, we customers feel disappointed by this treatment.

I walked in the representative greeted me and advised that in addition to the servicing there were two recalls on my car but it would be taken care of today despite it being Saturday. I was also offered a loaner vehicle until the car was ready! What else could I ask for?

My experience with Shakil was absolutely amazing m. He didn't give off that typical sleazy salesman energy. He explained everything to me in detail. Initially I was interested in a Mazda CX 5 Preferred. After Sakil's sales pitch and driving a 2.5 S Premium Plus trim I was sold! The facility is beautiful, stocked with snacks, water and it's clean! I'm officially a Mazda Girlie and couldn't be Happier.

appointment for oil change and tires rotation. I had a rear wheel that had curbside scrape from the past, it remains at the same location after the service after I took the car back, which means they did not perform tire rotation. I msg the service center, no respond, ignoring my complaint.

The personnel are as always wonderful to work with. A bit longer to wait for the car than estimated. Tire rotation resulted in the tire pressure light lighting. I have taken the car back on multiple times to have the sensors reset.
