they got my car in diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and made the repair as soon as the parts arrived. Tom kept me informed of everything that was going on and called me when they were through. He also handled the paperwork with the extended warranty. I could not be happier with the service that I received

The service manager's, first name is Todd. (I think his last name is Moore.) Todd seemed more interested in trying to argue than resolve a problem. Todd is a bad reflection on Knoepfler Chevy in Sioux City. I might not go back to this location for service. Not that impressed. And do not feel extremely confident that my service was done the way it was supposed to be.

I've only had the car for a week. I thought the experience was good for the most part. I was a bit disappointed they weren't willing to go down at all, wouldn't change the transmission fluid and would not fill the gas tank (which would be a very small thing to make a customer happy) but it did have new tires and brakes.
