These guys have never once failed me. My Jeep overheated on Wednesday night. They sent a tow truck to get it Thursday morning, and had it ready for me to pick up on Friday afternoon. Also, they could easily have told me I needed much more extensive repairs and I would have believed it. Yet again, they did not take advantage of my trust. Knebels is the real deal. Old school integrity. I would absolutely recommend them.

On Thurday my car just wasn't right. I didnt know what it was. Same thing happened on Friday morning so I made an appointment during my lunch. Later that day the car wouldn't start! Had it towed to Kneble's and they diagnosed the issue (battery) and the service was prompt and seamless. They call as soon as they have an estimate and it's usually done the same day.

I had a great experience with Kneble's. My old truck failed inspection. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. Fred explained everything to me about the evap system before repairing. They also fixed the interior fan for the a/c I was having a problem with. Everyone I encountered was friendly and very helpful. So the old gal and I are back on the road again and that RED sticker is GONE.
