Took the car in for oil change and gone over and found a battery was dead also. Replace the battery why they had it. Did a good job in calling me in advance and let me know the price for a new battery. Very happy with their service. Been with them a long time never failed me yet. Would recommend them to anybody that needs service.

I liked the transportation service they provide, however they had an oil change on my request order, and I requested a Maintenance Service. So when they called to suggest other issues, they said they had done the oil change, which I had had previously done.

Our family has been using Kirkwood Auto since 1982!! They have outstanding service, and they are very trustworthy. On our most recent visit, I had them check the overall car after I had an encounter with a deer. No operational items were found, and a body shop will take it from there.

Went in hoping it wouldn't be anything serious when I got codes on my car but also had underlying idle issues so thought it lead to that.. got hit with a 2000$ bill in regards to emissions related parts. Told them about the idle issue and had hopes it would all be addressed but nope still have all the problems just more debt.

My car was fixed and ready a while ago but it has been over a week before i could pick it up because the auto center has not recieved the warranty payment from carmax. Apparently they keep filling out the paperwork wrong to carmax's dissatisfaction. I have yet to be able to pick up my car and i am beyond frustrated.

I enjoy having Kirkwood Auto Center service my car. They are reliable and give accurate and fair pricing prior to doing the work. A plus for me is that I can drop off my car the night before, putting my keys in their safe drop box. The next morning they call me with the work that needs to be done and the price. We agree. I pick up my car that afternoon.

Kirkwood Auto Center has been a blessing taking care of my car...Fully explain in detail what my car needs. APPOINTMENTS are pretty quick, answer any questions I have..Would not change my Auto Center...They sell me tires, check my air, change my oil..I feel appreciated at their Center and not like I am bothering them.
