It was not a good experience. The interaction with Reilly makes me reconsider ever buying a Subaru again. He recommended we do a bunch of services we had just done at our previous visit. He didn't review or know our service history. He was argumentative. We did not feel valued as customers. Be careful not to be taken advantage of.

Sam, our service advisor, was excellent. Ended up following his suggestion of doing the 60,000 mile service at 58,200 miles. They gave me a loaner car and finished the work early so that I had my car back at 3 pm the same day. I'm happy with the service.

Very nice employees, and attentive service. However, finding out it would be over a 2 hour wait was difficult as I had not planned to drop it off. It seemed they must have greatly overbooked. If that were a regular occurrence I would go elsewhere. But thank you for doing a good job on the actual service and being so pleasant.
