I was hesitant to take my car to this dealership for maintenance because of the reviews, but it was better than the rest. I've taken my car to other dealers and they always gave me the run around and took forever just for an oil change. This place not only gave me a ride back to work, they digitally sent me all that was needed for authorization which made it easy and even washed my car! I will never go to another dealer again...

King Hyundai did a great job taking care of my vehicle. The locations in fort Lauderdale and in West Palm Beach both said that they would not take care of my car even for either my routine maintenance or a tire repair when I had a flat all the way until September it was August 30th. King Hyundai made sure I was taken care of and they had amazing service.

Service was quick and efficient. What I didn't like was that my information screen turns black quite often and my sirius keeps going while I am on google android connection for my google maps especially while i am driving. The service lady tols me this happens quite often on her car BUT she neverput it on my service work order.

Service was done on January 23 as well as January 4 It was recommended to get a left red tire, which I did at Tires plus on January 23 this afternoon There were numerous recommendations over the last couple of weeks. I'm going back in February to have some of them done and possibly Tires plus again will be doing my windshield wipers and some other items.

Service technician did not know what he was doing. Was not helpful. Did not keep me updated about the car. Charge me a lot of money for doing nothing. Supposedly changed out parts and charged me for them but did not give me the old parts so who knows if they actually did anything at this dealership. I WILL NOT GO TO THEM AGAIN>

All went well and over 4 days I had a loaner car. A part wasn't in so the service took longer. That's okay. Now everything's fixed. A major plus is having my car washed, vacuumed and tires blackened at the time of pick up. Can't beat that.
