Mike and Bill had great customer service skills and explained the anticipated repair in a manner that was understandable. However, Patrick's customer service skills could stand some further training.

My tires were low and I went to King for air. They checked all four tires for any possible leaks and filled the tires with air at no charge. I would have expected a charge for their checking the tires but they only charge if they find a problem. And there is no charge for air. As always, they were courteous and friendly, making my visit very pleasant.
