Always a good experience and very polite staff. Only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 this time, no feedback at the end. I guess my taillights didn't qualify for the warranty. The vehicle condition report was blank, I guess my brakes, tires, and battery are fine, they would have told me if they weren't? I guess everything was fine with the fuel pump warranty fix?

Sonja Dickinson our service representative never disappoints, she makes sure we get in and out as quickly as possible and the waiting area with snacks and drinks is always clean and comfortable.

Thorough service, courteous personnel. Went over everything that was done. This was a routine maintenance 50,000 mile service. They did a complete vehicle inspection when we got the car back, they had washed it, vacuumed it, and even put tire shine on the tires. . . . . . and all of those things is why I take myc ar there for servicel.

Such a pleasant experience at this dealership. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. They are quick, they are thorough, and keep you informed of everything they are doing. To top it off, they did an amazing courteous car wash with tire shine. When I got the car from the service department, it looked brand new!

The salesperson did not call to tell me the car I inquired about sold a couple days before I dove to the dealership. I was coming from out of town and the salesman just wanted me to buy a different color vehicle just because I was at the car lot. Was not very happy. The customer service was great as usual; however, in 24 hours my car started running hot. I do not know what happened, but I am taking it back tomorrow so get that resolved. I had a routine oil change, tire rotation, and new filers. Now my air doesn't work and car is running hot. I will edit this review once it is resolved. I usually do not have this issue, but this is a major inconvenience and I do not have transpiration to work tomorrow because of it.
