Were able to schedule my visit and complete my oil change with discounts within 45 minutes, even though my car is a Nissan, not a Dodge. Yesterday, I waited 2 hours AFTER my appointment time. I walked out, because I do not feel it is good customer service to schedule someone for 2PM & 4PM rolls around, with the car still not even in the shop. PLus Kims charged me $16 less for the oil change than Nissan dealer.

Jeff was my service advisor . Very personable. I didn't have an appointment but he got me a courtesy ride home n worked my car in for service. He called when my car was ready n sent a car to pick me up. He also made sugge for follow service indicated. This was really good service!

You schedule an appointment for service and when you arrive, they tell you they can't do everything that needs to be done. The attitudes of the service advisors, as well as the service manger, are poor at best. I had a great experience at Kim's when I purchased my vehicle, but I will not be back because of the lack of care I received from the service department.
