I like the video they texted me to show what they checked. I didn't like the uncomfortable waiting area and the service advisor, NOT the mechanic told me everything was fine with my vehicle and after I saw the video later, I discovered everything was not fine.

They were able to fix my car and having it running better than ever. The mechanic I took it to first told me that I needed to buy a new car because mine could not be repaired. They told me I had an oil leak and that was found to be untrue by Jeff Quinn all I needed replaced was an ignition coil. They literally saved me thousands of dollars and I was able to keep my vehicle!! I will never take my car anywhere else from now on.

I scheduled the appt for an oil change and a recall. They did the recall but did NOT do oil change - which I discovered as my car keeps alarming telling me I'm overdue for oil change. Now I have to spend 3 more hours of my time (at least) and 70 miles of driving to and from the dealership AGAIN to get an oil change - Unfortunately miscommunication is costing me time and travel. And is the only bmw dealer near me.

Service department had the vehicle for three weeks and a day. I was never called with any update on diagnoses and repairs. I had to call three times and left two messages without receiving a return call. Dealership needs to improve their communication skills.

We had an excellent experience at Kimberly Car City! We were in Davenport for a lacrosse tournament and when we got everything out of the back of the vehicle the back door would not latch. We called Kimberly Car City and they told us they would take a look at the car. They pulled us right into the service bay and replaced the latch. Everyone working that day was very professional and polite.

Pros: Fast service. Cons: Lack of communication when they didn't enter any information into their system about a manufacture tire defect. No follow-up with me as a customer. No apologies at all from anyone at Kimberly Car City. I felt I was a bother to them even though I spent $100,000.00 on this vehicle at this dealership.

Not yet. The car had just come in -- it hadn't been mechanically inspected and was part way through the detailing process. Despite that, i test drove it. Towels were put on the seats, because they had been shampooed. The "sneak peek" was a positive experience.
