Gotta give a shout out to our Service Advisor Divina Mata. Took it in to have the back window tint redone under warranty. Looks beautiful and with the bad weather she kept it inside for me so that hail wouldn't damage it. I will go back!!!

My wife only wants the dealership to care for her 2013 Passat. the Dealership here in Killeen, TX when it was owned a few years ago was outstanding. Then it was sold, and the service, friendliness, and price went downhill. Now they have a new owner. When we first took the car in, we were having running issues. They gave me a quote to replace the O2 sensor. the price was really high by a few hundred dollars and a part that takes 15 minutes for a DIYer to change. I called around to other dealerships. the one in Temple, TX and Georgetown, TX. They were way cheaper than the Killeen Dealer. I called to ask about why it is so much more. They said they would check. I did not hear from them, so I drove down to the dealership. I spoke with Bridegett in the service department. She was very friendly and wanted to know why they was such a difference between them and the other dealerships. She called the parts department, and they didn't have time to help her or come talk to me. She was not happy with this response he gave, and she took me back to speak with the gentleman. He was very rude, and we started to have some issues. I asked them to just button up the car and I'll tow it to the other dealer. Bridgett was not happy with this and really wanted me to stay. I was taken to the service manager Desire. She was very nice and had only been on the job for 2 days. She wanted to know why and how they could help. She went and found the parts manager. He was not sure why the price difference. He apologized for the treatment of the parts rep and explained they are in the process of cleaning house of individuals that were not a good fit for the new direction of this dealership. He did try to match the other dealers but was still off my $9.00. At this point even though it was only $9 I had now been there for 2 hours trying to solve this issue or just take my car. The service rep. Bridgett came and spoke with me and said don't worry about the $9. they will lower the price of the part and the mgr. Desire agreed to give us 10% off our entire job. We also needed a new Vacuum pump, and some other work. so, I also called the other dealerships about the price of the pump, and they again were way more expensive. Not only the part but also the labor. Bridgett took care of everything. I later in the week received a call from the GM Josh Smith. I was shocked that he did actually call me. He is a great GM. Mr. Smith is setting into place a great direction for the business. They did fire the parts person. He actually said if I had any questions or concerns to please call him. They went from zero stars for horrible customer service to saving it and going above and beyond to make things right and thus they get 5 stars. They gave my wife a loaner until her Passat was completed. With the lack of supply of parts, it was a couple weeks. If they keep the outstanding employees like Bridgett and Desiree. they will make the skies the limit for their growth. I would recommend going to the Killeen, TX Volkswagen as long as the service rep. Bridgett, service mgr. Desire and GM Josh are there.
