1st I've had to say, come on let's take a drive and see if I can evaluate what your describing. Straight up gives you a estimate on at least a ballpark cost, barring complications. Replaced all hoses on a very difficult area on the back side of a Ford Escape. I'll always take my business there as long as that's the honest, up front service I get.

I've used this shop for a few years now and they never disappoint me. I had an issue with my ac and she got me in that day and within an hour my ac was running cold again. I've called on short notice a couple of times and they always get me in. We wouldn't take our vehicles any other place. If you find a good mechanic that you can trust, why change?
