The inside air still smells polluted after the cabin filter was replaced and the courteous exterior car wash was poorly done. I would like to return to have the cabin filter checked/replaced.

The only problem I had is my deductible they say 1 or 2 business days my deductible will show in your bank I'm still waiting and it's been a week now and it's still not in my bank.

I have taken my Kia Telluride to the service department from which I bought the vehicle from and have nothing but great things to say about Kia on the Boulevard. From when I purchased the vehicle to servicing, everything has been outstanding. The service department has been courteous, professional, and gets my vehicle done very quickly. They also have a nice waiting area where I can do work while waiting on my car.

I have a 2024 Kia Sorento that I got July of 2024. When I took it in for service I told them I hear something bumping in the back of my ride. They said my rear shock absorbers had failed internally. That was April 7th and they still haven't replaced my rear shock absorbers. This is the service you get at DeSimone Kia on the Boulevard!
