We set a price, discussed trade in, & set a date to come in to purchase the vehicle which was 4 days later due to having a 2 hour drive. They sold the vehicle prior to us coming in. Then someone proceeded to call 2 days later & ask us if we were still interested in the vehicle (she wasn't updated on the status of the vehicle) but it felt like a kick in the face.

They ran my credit and everything came back fine and good to go. They told me to put the car on my insurance so I did, then I asked for a break down of the bill so I can see all fees they charged and since then I haven't heard back any ANYONE and I been calling for 2 days now. Waste of time. Salesman Ali is also the worse salesman's I ever seen.

The service I needed was taken care of which is great! But the customer service was not good. The front desk employee was rude, and passive aggressive with me and to other customers. They were also coughing for a straight 3 hours that I was there waiting for my car and I found that very uncomfortable as they are dealing with customers. They did not wear a mask either.

Terrible. They lie. They ran my credit 4 times and felt forced! Then lied about my brakes and said they were fine. Refused to document it and now I had to go elsewhere where I was told they can't believe I was told they were fine even though my foot touched the floor trying to brake! On top of that, the staff there and the new gm are all liars and deny ever meeting/talking to you!

On 4-4-24 car was not serviced all we did was have a service mgr.drive with us to take car for a test drive so he can hear noise thumping in front wheel he did also when we got car 2 months ago was given with 2 almost bald tires and rust in rear on brakes so all they did was spray over rust this needs to be repaired so no service was done I don't know why they put that car has to go back.

Two sales reached out to me and seemed to be competing with each other which was uncomfortable. Neither one told me that the car I was interested in was sold already, when I found out and reached out to confirm, it took two days for either one to respond and confirm. Wouldn't want to do business with this dealership.
