When I first arrived at KIA OF PUYALLUP, I had excellent customer service from Bradley at the front desk to the young man that shuttled me to and from and he vacuumed and washed my car too! The service team was able to take care of my recalls and remedy my battery situation all in a short notice. If your looking for great service for your vehicle I recommend KIA OF PUYALLUP!!

Not prompt, was scheduled for recall part, a must do, before scheduling 45,000 mile service. Now I wait until March with no guarantee that you will have the part Necessary, why was it such a big deal. Seems you should no your inventory and have it on hand.

I didn't have a very good experience with KIA of Puyallup. I stood in line a very long time, there were 4 people behind the counter and nobody acknowledged me for a long time. We had to make a few trips to the service department because my car problem was no fixed correctly. When I picked up my car they tried to charge me for a freight charge that I knew nothing about. Customer service is lacking big time. I do not recommended them.

Told them the issue with my AC, all they did was drive it for 13 miles and told me nothing is wrong with it, when the issue is it works sometimes. And now it doesn't turn on whatsoever. I also had to pay the fee for them to check the codes. (Just for them to do nothing)

I m not to happy with how my car is running since my recent oil change & tire rotation at Kia of Puyallup because the day after it was serviced my car started having a hard time going up a small incline and it sounded funny like my tranny is slipping. I even googled the problem. & the Kia forum said 'yes' that after a tire rotation & oil change kias are known to have issues.

Kia of Puyallup advocated for my engine replacement, and worked with me through my requests for extra testing, and submitting a case with corporate when my car wouldn't fail certain tests but we knew that it needed the replacement and was inactive failure. Highly recommend this shop. The people were great, the communication was great. Now my car has a new engine and I feel very secure.

Did a good job on the oil change. The service center at Kia informed me of a recall that was needed on my second seat carnival and performed it that day. We have two car seats with footrests for our kids and the service technician broke both of them at the base. I emailed Kia of Puyallup and sent a message to the service manager but received no response.

Was not able to set up an oil change appointment online sooner than 5 weeks out. When I called in and spent 20 minutes on the phone with service department, I was able to schedule the service within a week. It was a totally inefficient use of my time but I have no better choices even though there are dealers closer to me.

Beth the service advisor gave me useful information about my car that helped me decide what to do. She is excellent. I brought the car in without an appointment and they were able to fix a folded oil gasket in about an hour. They fixed the problem, topped off my oil, and washed my car for no charge because the problem might have originated from the oil change they did a month ago.

Service advisor was extremely helpful and got my Sorento in for service even though I had inadvertently scheduled the appointment for 5/11/27. As usual they serviced my Sorento in a timely fashion and returned it washed. Kia of Puyallup has never attempted to "Up Sell" services or products, which is something I truly appreciate.

This dealership is under construction but it didn't affect the great service. Carsten usually helps me. He's my fav. He gave me a bag with a water bottle, pretzels and a cookie because I was going to be there for a while. Also, my car was really dirty. It came back so clean inside and out. I'm so happy with my service!

My service was finished promptly. My service adviser, Karsten, has always been excellent. He knows my car and he knows me because he takes an interest in his clients. This was routine service on my car. He always goes over the inspection with me afterwards. He is the "face" of the dealership. We have a plan to check out an engine air flap issue, and I know he will get it done right.

Like always the service was great and the people are very nice. I had the 75,000 mile check down on my car and the price was really reasonable. Their establishment is under renovation and it's kind of in a mess right now, but that does not affect the service I would definitely recommend them.

Erica went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and that my car was serviced quickly. She checked in with me and gave me updates promptly. She was incredibly kind from the moment I got there to the moment I left. I feel like I paid a reasonable price for the service and I really appreciate receiving my car in better condition than I dropped it off. (vacuum and wash)

The service was incredible. There was a recall that I didn't even remember and that got fixed. Tire rotation, checked brakes, changed oil, washed and vacuumed the car. I was thrilled.
