Because my husband was going to stay and wait for the car maintenance he asked how long it would take. The service desk said the work on our vehicle would take an hour to an hour and a half. It was finished 3 hours later. I would recommend leaving the vehicle and coming back rather than waiting for it.

This dealership gave me a much better experience than I anticipated. They advocated for us to get warranty work done and made it as smooth as possible. They were upfront about costs for other work and I never felt pressured to get service done that I didn't need. Work was also completed much quicker than I anticipated. Tony kept in contact throughout the process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

After my service visit for an ICCU recall, my EV6 had an error msg with a turtle the next day I went to drive the car and I had to get my car towed back to the dealership. I do not blame the service location but I am frustrated with the manufacturer.
