The staff was amazing. They took care of me and my car. No extra fees or charging me extra for services I didn't need or want. I was able to select the right services for my car that were cost effective. I received a video of my car and the recommended services.

Went here for the 49.95 oil change. They changed the oil with a full synthetic one with oil filter changed. They also cleaned the air and cabin filters and recommended additional services for free. Also topped off fluids for free. Highly recommend for 49.95!

I like the text message and photos of recommended services along with option to decline. Did not like critical rating on two items that didn't even get any mention on the previous check and oil change 6 months prior. Is it customary to turn the rotors when brakes are done for the first time on a 5 year old vehicle with 49000 miles with no brake problems or is this a Kia problem? Was also not aware of shuttle service.

They scheduled me for a recall for the front window mechanism. Turns out this could be for the switch itself or the actual power supply. My luck, both need to be switched out! A bit of a waste of my time, as the first visit lasted over two hours. Hope this is not the case for the second, yet to be scheduled, visit.

Every time I go there for service, the employees are so friendly and professional. They make the visit pleasant. Although I was looking forward to a hot chocolate while I waited, but the machine was broken. I wish someone had told me Starbucks was in walking distance.

The front desk was kind but the service took 7 hrs for basic maintenance. They left a gasket cap on my passengers seat and I had to ask what it went to. I usually go to the dealership to get the best service for my car but this seemed like jiffy lube for 4 times the cost.

I am very sorry about the experience you had that is not what we aim for at all. I do see your vehicle was in for basic maintenance and also 2 difference diagnosis one on the electrical system and one for the transmission. Both of those systems take some time to work through.

Kia of Portland patched up the nail stuck in between the tread of the tire. Haven't had issues since. Tires were pumped with air before driving to dealership for repair. Not driven on low tire pressure ever.
