Car was not ready at promised time. They did not wash my car because the delay in service. They did not provide a sticker with next service window. I am not sure they rotated my tires even though I was charged for the service. Price on their synthetic oil change has gone up again.

1) Didn't have service on May 1st. 2) Last time I was there I was told I had a strut problem but they wouldn't fix it because I had gone up a width size on my tires. Since then I've had two mechanics friends tell me they're trying to avoid fixing it and that the tire width has nothing to do with the issue.

Kia of NORTH austin found the problem to my car and was able to schedule me in promptly so my car did not over heat. Other place said 3 weeks, that would have been seriously dangerous to me. As a single parent, I pride myself on being there for my kids. And Kia of North Austin kept me safe.
