Car was not ready at promised time. They did not wash my car because the delay in service. They did not provide a sticker with next service window. I am not sure they rotated my tires even though I was charged for the service. Price on their synthetic oil change has gone up again.

1) Didn't have service on May 1st.
2) Last time I was there I was told I had a strut problem but they wouldn't fix it because I had gone up a width size on my tires. Since then I've had two mechanics friends tell me they're trying to avoid fixing it and that the tire width has nothing to do with the issue.
