Friendly fast service I will be going back to them way better than CMA of Lynchburg where I take my husbands truck. It's in a great location as well. We left a walked to get breakfast an Walmart while we waited. The inside had a little area for kids a snacks so that was nice.

Took new vehicle in because a clip wasn't holding the mounding in place on the rear passenger door as it should. It was repaired and the technician noticed the same problem on the drivers side rear door and replaced it as well. All covered under warranty.

As usual the service was top notch. I like that the mechanics are right on top of what needs to be done. I was told that I need power steering fluid changed. I bought this 2013 Sorento new and never had it changed. Service Advisor Stephanie has always given me great advise and service.

They called me to schedule a recall repair. Showed up, for they appointment THEY scheduled, and told me their service guys weren't scheduled to come in for another 30 minutes. Was there an hour, when he came out and told me they didn't even have the part in stock to complete the recall and would have to order it... been almost 2 weeks and still haven't called me to get it taken care of.

They call me about recall for my 2018 kia sorento and schedule an appointment next day , I went there and after 10 minutes they told me they didn't have the parts they need to replace it . I shocked I drove 50 miles to Lynchburg and they don't have the parts , I told them why you give me the appointment if you not sure you have all parts required.

Brought my car in, they had the problem diagnosed and a plan to make repairs. Stephanie, in the service department, kept us informed of the all along the entire process. Car repairs can be very stressful, however, Kia of Lynchburg service department made it much easier.

The staff at Berglund Kia is great! They provided an update while waiting for Kia Homeoffice/Central to authorize replacement of my headlights. It took 2 weeks for Kia Central to finally authorize replacement. This could have been done within a couple of days. The Central Office/Home Office wasted the time of their mechanics and mine trying to nickel and dime over a replacement; instead of trusting the mechanics on site!

Automated service no human answering the phone in service department. Service personnel should be provided portable phones to answer call like most modern business owners have now. The man on the voicemail to this day has still not returned my call . Service was great the lady that handle my service was awesome.

Not good and I don't believe the part I suppose need is that high its all about the dealership and they say it wasn't under warranty and I don't believe that why would u have a warranty for 100000 miles or ten years and it's no good make it make sense
