This is the first time the service was not good. We were there for 5 hours on a Sunday and no one ever came to tell me my car was ready. After looking for the service agent who was no where to be found I asked another agent I was them informed my service agent was gone for the day and the paperwork stating my car was ready for who knows how long.

Hi Luis, Mechanically speaking, it appears that the car is running in good condition. The engine light does not come on anymore.
However, the car was delivered to me filthy. It had grease marks all around the body of the car. The windshield was very dusty. So I went directly to a Car Wash after the car was delivered to me.

I was there twice within two days. 1st day mechanic was on a lunch break, come back in an hour. I returned and mechanic was done and had left. Still kia automobile had not given a test drive on its transmission issues . Wheel alignment was not looked at and had no rental available.
It's very frustrating and time consuming for myself.

I likes the fact that I was sent video and pictures of the issues that were found. What I didn't like was the fact that my service dates and repairs did not show up from the dealership in Cerritos. And I had to have my vehicle towed from 1 dealership to another.

I didn't like that they didn't tell me what other services my car needed. They will usually look up my car when I arrive and tell me what other services my car needs to have done. When I paid and read the paper it had a list of items my car needed. I commute to work and it would of been nice to have gotten some of those items taken care of.

Always Great, I have 150,000 mile on my car and was considering a regular shop. I went to change my oil because of convenience but then my advisor Tony Kim checked my car history and my 150,000 mile tune up became 400 bucks. How do you leave? I know I've paid my due's and got all the work done but knowing it. Priceless

The service provided was fine but the car was not completed within the time frame given. When I brought my car in I was told it would take 1.5-2 hours. Based on that I decided to wait at the dealer for my car. It ended up taking 4 hours. Had I known it would take that long I would have gone back home and picked my car up later.

My service rep, Marisol K., was knowledgeable, courteous, and was on top of my warranty repairs. The replacement part was in stock, and the diagnostics, warranty approval from Kia, were fast. The car was repaired within 3 1/2 days. A rental car was provided. I can highly recommend this dealership and service rep.

My radio stopped working a few days prior to my visit. I went to get a recall fix on my radio, hoping that this would solve the problem. The recall software update didn't take, so i only got the normal vehicle service. Carson Kia never called me back to reschedule a 2nd attempt like they told me they would.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was done, only to find out later that they didn't rotate my tires, nor check the tire pressure. Had to return a few minutes later to confront them, and service manager confirmed. Two days later, my car was leaking oil. Returned to the dealership, and found that the oil filter housing was damaged during the oil change by the technicians.
