I was able to schedule an appointment within the week. When I arrived, the Staff was friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. The service team was quick and efficient, to get my care in and out quickly. They offered recommended services but I felt no pressure to have the work completed that day.

Nice job quick and courteous!! And was told I must go to another Kia dealer cause this Kia dealer that I go to was bought by independent person which I was disappointed about have to go to another facility a Kia dealer that will honor my lifetime oil changes and tire rotation!!

I called about a car 45 minutes before I drove down and I was advised the car was on the lot. I get there and it is not on the lot. It was sold days ago. Typical bait & switch that give car dealers a bad name. I drove that same day to a different dealer and bought a car and will never go back to Kia of Attleboro.

Liked they were accurate on wait time. Did not like the wait as I had an appointment. Price was excessive - over $100 for an oil change which they hopefully did - I keep getting a reminder on my dashboard that oil change is due - hoping they just forgot to reset.

Went to have acorns and debris removed from cabin fan and waited an hour to be told that the fan needed to be replace. Took vehicle to a Hyundai dealership and after another hour was told all the acorns and debris was removed and that the fan is fine.

The team is great in Attleboro and always keeps me informed of what I need versus what I can wait on, so I never feel like they're trying to squeeze money out of me which the other dealership that I used to go to and purchased my Kia dead. They also forgot to put oil in when I got an oil change and I broke down on a major highway right in the middle of the highway!

Always great service at Kia of Attleboro. I am usually in and out within 1hr for most services. They are thorough in explaining everything that has been completed and anything that needs attention. I am on my 2nd Seltos from them and I've never had issues.

We appreciated all the service provided as well as the communication along the way letting us know what else would be needed. The last two times we came, however, our car was also vacuumed and washed but it wasn't done this time. We were surprised because we didn't know why it changed.

I was very disappointed that they told me I needed a $400 for a 45000 mile service and when I told them I got that 6 months ago during my last visit, they at 1st dismissed it but then actually checked their records and saw I did get that service done. It's crazy to think if you were a customer that didn't keep track of your services, they would have billed you again. It's no wonder why people distrust dealership service departments

I requested 5 services out of which they didn't perform coolant flush as it's still low and dark red pink instead of clear pink. I wouldn't recommend this kiya location for any kind of services. Avoid it if you want to run your car longer miles.
