I had an issue with my Kia stopped by and they did not hesitate to look at my Kia that afternoon. Since it was going to be at least an hour or more wait I asked if they would keep the Kia and take care of the problem the next day. Asked if someone could take me home since we lived about 10 minutes away and that was not an issue. Very good customer service!

I was greeted by a smiling service tech. They took my information and discussed the service being done. I was asked if I wanted my car washed and then was invited to sit in their customer lounge and to help myself to snacks. The service was completed in less time than anticipated and I was on my way home. Couldn't askd for better service.

Oil change went smoothly. Needed new key. However, old key was quite worn and affected the solenoid. It 'curved' to match the key. New key fit but would not turn, of course, and could not get a refund. Understood as it is a special-ordered piece of electronics. Not the dealership's fault. Just another hurdle in my journey to keep this great vehicle on the road!

They always do a good job I don't care for finance department bec I was promised I could refinance in 6months yet not told it depends on miles. I told them I work in GA yet when it came time I was told no. So stuck with payment so get everything in writing is all I say

The wait time was longer than estimated. The waiting room is not very comfortable. They did an oil change and didn't reset the reminder on the car. They did something with the fuel injection system and now I'm getting at least 5 miles less a gallon than I was previously. my car smells of gas when I accelerate from a stop.

I love my people at Kia of Anderson! I was in recently for a recall, which was completed when I was told it would be. I was told that the service person said I should have a front-end alignment before I left. I agreed to have it done and the difference in driving afterward was very noticeable, in a good way. I could certainly tell that the front-end alignment was definitely needed. Thanks Kia of Anderson!
