My car was there for 2 weeks, no updates from their Service Advisor. Left messages for the Service Manager, no call back. I had to contact Kia Customer Car to get authorization for a rental since dealer wasn't communicating on how long the car was going to take for repairs.

Very kind staff. The sales staff were incompetent, and lied to us about driving the wrong car over, causing us to be late relieving our babysitter, knowing full well we had a time constraint. The repair staff? Rock stars. Michaela was kind and helpful. Refused to let me take the metro home. Don't know his name, but the Marine running the show exudes competence.

Very poor. Not only did I wait over 2.5 hours for an oil change, I was not given the discounts offer on their website. I have left several messages and was told I would receive a return call and to date, no one has called or left a message for a follow up. VERY Dissappointing

Well to be honest I left the place for a year and finally I decided to come back and so happy that they got new employees who really care about customers needs. Mykel Avanacian was the representative who assist me and he really have lots of knowledge and super excellent on customer service. This time around I was helped by a lady name Desire. She went beyond my expectations to accommodate my son and I. Both cars were serviced the same day. At the beginning I got someone who didn't know how to help me and that's when Desire stepped in to help all the way to the end.

This place is terrible. The disconnected my security camera, not just turned off but took the wires out. They curbed my rim and then refused to respond when I asked about the damages. They also broke my 12v DC plug and didn't do all of the factory recall items. I will never buy another Kia product again.

Kia DTLA has serviced my car since new and are typically good at communicating . but many times the service rep's don't check the optional updates for the vehicle causing at times a second visit for updates that could have been done at the time of scheduled service .

They rotated my tires, but didn't fill them. They reset that smelly a/c thingy, but it smelled like perfume for a few days afterwards. They left the passengers seat back, as if someone had been napping in my car. And they never give a courtesy clean- which my other car's service station always does.

Coolant leaking and oil leaks problems, I paid $240 for diagnosis then they just wiped and didn't repaired. They didn't find any problem they said. 1 week later started again same problems. They didn't cover for rental car payments I paid $153 and today too $153 for 3days .

Good, The change of the car oil was excellent, the service although every time we go there is always the problem with the fact that the insurance we pay never appears in the system and they always charge us, we have to call the person who sold us the car and wait a long time for them to solve that they say that if it is solved but we go back for something and it comes back and it happens

They did not hesitate to bring me in immediately to address my flat tire. I had a new one installed in 90 minutes. They did a courtesy inspection as well, free of charge. They were polite, knowledgeable, and only interested in my safety and getting me back on the road. KIA of DTLA Service is great! [verified]

The result of my car being fixed was wonderful. It just took a while to get corrected. Three weeks that first time and it wasn't fixed. I returned the car that same day I picked it up. Then another 7 to 10 days after that. Other than that customer services was wonderful.

The work itself was fine but the overall experience was not good. Most of the employees are very dismissive with a slight attitude if asked a question like they don't want to be bother any further than checking your car in and out of their shop. And the guys in parts are the same way if you can get a hold of one.
