There really wasn't anything about the service I didn't like. However, what I did like was the quick, courteous, friendly and most professional service rendered by your SA, Sorren. In all my years of car ownership (50+ years,) Sorren has been the best.

I have Window washer that work just fine now. So far work great. My last car's didn't, had a bottle of window washer and had to spray windows. Yes crazy, but money is very tight. I figure I just cut down on food intake. Just such fun having window washers and windows I can open and c!ose!!!

Replaced struts & shocks, brakes( rotors & pads,seat belt sensor (Kia warranty), steering shelf, steering column lock replaced, 4 new tires 9 mths past( maybe 5k miles on tires .completed services at different dealerships to insure what i expect for quality after disappointment in service. Estimated wait time was spot on. We chose to wait for the completion of service rather than take the offered drop -off home.The waiting area was comfortable and clean; coffee and snacks were available with soft drinks for purchase from vending machines.
The service staff were friendly and professional.Overall, our wait was pleasant, and our car was returned to us clean and and shiny.

All Especially Semmon! I had my oil change and four new tires placed on at tite kingdom. I had my traction and ABS ,brakes and recall at Kia Delray. Tire Kingdom told me they would report to Car Fax,I have the bill and date I only have 28,154 miles on my 17 soul ,can you please resolve my car is better than Brand New. Thanks

Excellent service from the start when Elan checked me in to checking me out and service was fast on my car! I had an oil change, rear window wiper blade changed ( for way less than anywhere else I checked!) to a recall fix that needed to be done! Very happy and will be using them from now on to service my Kia even with them being over 40 minutes away!

The AC on my vehicle broke down. It ended up needing an Evap box. Cody was my advisor and he made the whole process a daydream. He got me into a loaner, kept me informed through the repairs and got my vehicle ready the next day. 1st visit to fix the wonky infotainment screen was not successful. Referred to KIA HQ. for approval to replace the unit.
Did not like the 2 week wait for approval, but once approved, it took less than 2 hours to fix it.
I had to take a 1400 mile round trip to Georgia with an intermittent GPS
screen. This isn't the new car experience I was expecting.

Liked everything. Great SA, got everything attended to in a timely manner. My only concern was whether or not they actually did a "load test" on the 12v battery. Kia said they did, but I;m not sure. It is my understanding that the test is not merely attaching electrodes to the battery, but that the battery needs to be removed and fully charged...and most dealerships just don't do this!

I went to the KIA dealer to have new windshield wipers installed. I had forgotten to bring my coupon for free wipers when I had my car serviced a few weeks ago. I was given the best wipers, which were Rain-X. It only took maybe one minute to replace the wipers.

Maintenance performed went well. On the negative side, I was charged for a road test when I told them my vehicle didn't need a road test to hear a noise I was concerned about. The noise could be heard when turning the wheel to pull into a driveway or parking space. It makes a popping sound. Spent way too much time to diagnose issue.

The service manager tried to quote me on things I had already done and also using fear tactics to even sign a waiver about brakes when the technician said my rotors still could be saved. Had they just looked at my service record they wouldn't have come back with an outrageous quote. Big turn off. Never have I been treated like that, there.

Didn't like the amount of time it took to do the service but in their defense I also had a window issue that I just notified them of upon arrival.Also I didn't like being charged for miscellaneous supplies. Other than that the service personnel were mostly professional, the car is running fine and my issue with the window seems to have been rectified.

I brought the car in because the check engine light was lit.
It was diagnosed as needing a new oxygen sensor and service department supposedly ordered it. I called back a week later and there was no record of it having been ordered. On top of that I had to wait an extra hour to get my car back because they were doing a car wash that I had specifically not requested.
