Service people were polite, but neglected to tell me they intended to make me wait for an hour and a half. Since I had made the appointment well in advance and since I did not have to wait the first time I came in for an oil change, I was not expecting to wait. When I finally realized I had been there 1 1/2 hours, I went to see what was going on and saw that they hadn't even started working on my car yet, I basically threw a fit and left. I regret and am sorry that I behaved very badly to one of your service people, but my time is very valuable to me and I had other important things to do.
