The service people and office staff are always friendly. I do appreciate the vehicle wash. They were running late, so two and a half hours later the oil change was finished. From a previous experience, I am not confident that they did the maintenance inspection, as they had some excuse for not printing the maintenance check off paperwork. Sometimes I feel like they just run a customer through as fast as they can.
