Key ford is a shady dealership I was always very happy with rockland ford I bought 5 new vehicles from there I was always treated very well since key has bought the dealership I've never been treated so poorly in my life I would not recommend using them for anything sales is terrible and service is worse

Don't do half the work they said they were going to, including work that really should've been done. Then Instead of offering to schedule service to correct the issue, the answer I got was "oh, we didn't charge you for it, so it's not a problem. Don't worry about it." Absolute trash service. As soon as my warranty period is up, I will absolutely NOT be going through them for any more work on this vehicle.

You go to your local dealer with all your cars they can service! (This is our 2nd Grand Cherokee with Rockland).You know why? They take care of you! I called the Belfast and Portland dealers told them my problem and they both said the extended warranty doesn't cover that: Rockland saved me $3,000!!

One star for the nice lady on the phone when I made the appointment. Ford tried to tell me I needed to spend $10,000 on a new engine. Brought it to another shop and really I needed a few minor things and my bill was $600 and most of it was for labor. Key ford is apparently a bunch of crooks.

I dropped my Maverick off at Key Ford of Rockland for it's first oil change and a software update for a recall. Due to my work schedule I wasn't available to get to the dealership to pick up/drop off my car during their operating hours but I was able to drop it off the night before and pick it up after hours the next day. Used my Fordpass points which covered the cost of service! While I didn't get to speak to anyone in person at the dealership, I had a pleasant experience speaking with both techs I spoke with before and after the service. I'd be happy to bring my vehicle here again for service!
