I called on October 20 for service on out two cars. Appointment for Lyriq at 9:00 AM and SRX at 3:00 PM. Arrived on 29th before 9:00 and couldn't get it in until 11:00 and asked them to call when we should bring in SRX and pick up Lyriq. Never got call went back at 3:00 and was told still working on Lyriq and to call tomorrow. Called next day but told Lyriq would be finished the next day. Picked up Lyriq on the 23 four days for a simple service but no charge. Dropped of SRX and they called and said we need two tires but would take several days to get them. Then I needed another part and we never received a call with status I always had to call and did not get car until November 7th or 16 days and no one ever offered a loner car or any help whatsoever. Received a bill far in excess of what we expected. SRX bill was $ 2,600.
Do not plan on ever using or purchasing a car from Kevin Whitaker again
