I made an appt for an oil change and it wasn't done. No one mentioned it and I didn't know until I questioned the paperwork after I left. It took 1.5 hours and no oil change. The side mirrors wouldn't fold in when I locked the car. I had to return to get someone to show me how to turn this feature back on.
