I had a very poor experience with these folks. They also own Gilsdorf garage in town. After charging 1200 dollars to repair a water pump and do a coolant system for leaks my car had a three foot puddle under it for multiple days and I found the radiator cap and the brake fluid cap not properly sealed upon further inspection I also found the heater control valve leaking which would have been an obvious thing had the system leak been done properly. Upon returning the discussion was very sour and they sent me to kens muffler to speak with the business owners. The employees and owners themselves couldnt get their own stories straight. They would not offer a refund of the leak diagnostic even though multiple other mechanics reviewed their work and said they hurried through and failed to do their job properly.
I was offered a leak diagnostic that I was originally told would take two days. When I was returned my van that day they required me to sign a sheet saying they were not responsible for any damages. I took it back to the other mechanic they found things loosened and tampered with. My engine has been making unpleasent noises since.
I would stay away from these folks.
I have evidence of this misconduct.

I was a "drop in" customer so my expectations were low.
They serviced my car in fairly short order but I'll never use their waiting area for 3 hours again. It's better to have them call you when the car's ready. My problem not theirs.
I was aware of the cost but it's still a shock to pay the 2023 cost of car repair. I think having a record of service, like Carfax, is a good idea. No one wants to be reminded that it's time to spend money, but in the long run, it's worth it. (refer to health care)
