The Kenny Ross service dept is terrific. The Service Dept Mgr is very customer oriented. The Service Dept service writers are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The service techs send videos of the work they are doing and their recommendations. The Dealership will arrange for uber rides back to your home and back to the dealership, at their cost, so you don't have to wait at the dealership while your car is in the shop for service.

I don't like getting bombarded with emails asking me to review the service, this has to be like the tenth one I received. Please stop asking for feedback, I can't say much more about an oil change.
