The service shop is great. Friendly, knowledgeable. My complaint is with the waiting area. We are from out of town and stay for service. The waiting area is dirty and smells. This is our first time using this dealership. No other waiting area is like this.

They did a great job with my 10,000 mile service however when I wanted to schedule it a car for my use was not available for another 7 days. However I am paying for my car to be cleaned and had asked for the mats to be cleaned and the carpet vacuumed & was told that would be done. When I picked up my car and there was mud on the passengers side in back mud on the inside of the doors. I am disappointed I paid extra for that service.

Dealership called me, told me it was time to have my car serviced. When I got there, they were not clear as to why I made an appointment for servicing my car. I told them someone at the dealership called and said it was due for service. They decided to just rotate my tires, but failed to alert me to the fact that I needed new tires. Confusion is the name of the game there.

This service was a recall. Tyler was prompt, listened to another issue with the vehicle, provided a timeframe for the service, provided a loaner vehicle called when the service was complete, and the car had been washed when I picked it up. Great service.

Bought my car here so I get free maintenance for a little bit. I brought up last time that my breaks sounded like metal on metal. They said they inspected it and found nothing, so I doubt they even checked. She's still the loudest car stopping at red lights. I've also brought up 3 times that I'm literally missing a part and all three times they've ignored it. I will not be back, even for my free maintenance.

Brittany is always very accommodating and efficient, as well as friendly. I don't think my car was vacuumed inside. I would sure love that to be done. This is the 3rd time my odometer has been wiped off of my dashboard. It's very irritating to me, as I spend time looking in my book to figure out how to get it back. Please make sure this doesn't happen. Thank you!

got a text in red saying there was something needed to be addressed emergently. So I went to check in to see what was going on and she was already to check me out. Told me the cabin filter needed to be changed. Why didn't she come tell me that in the lounge and I would have had her change it then? Now I have to wait 6 months to have it changed when I bring my car back in the spring.

They seem to always do a good job with my vehicle. They could clean up better under the hood. When I checked out their work I opened the hood to find a big hand print on the engine cover. They could take a little more pride in their work. When my vehicle was ready they said it was between the buildings. It was not there. After walking all over the parking lots we found it parked inside.

No complimentary snacks. Really? You want to SELL me snacks while I am waiting. It was lunch time. Hyundai gives free chips and snacks. Even Rural King gives free popcorn and sometimes water too. I had to buy chips...fortunately I had tea with me! How chinzee!

He made sure that I could get my new battery, in addition to other services needed in a timely manner even though the department was short staffed. The Jeep they sold me was amazing. However, the Check Engine light came on after only 3 days. They told me to take it to a Jeep dealership to get it diagnosed. When we learned it was a blown head gasket, they made it right and bought the Jeep back. I received great customer service and they did right by me.

Pretty quick and friendly as always. Please repair the AC in the building. The lounge area was unbearable on a heat advisory day, and I had to walk over to the adjacent Lexus dealership to get proper AC and relief from the heat for myself and my small children.
